As a compassionate, empathetic, and determined individual, I possess tremendous passion for my work. Certified and accredited as a pluralistic counsellor, I have knowledge and training in 3 main therapeutic modalities: psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). With several years’ experience in multiple areas, predominately anxiety, depression, and grief, I have learned the importance of healing on the deepest, emotional levels.

In addition to my professional knowledge and training I also have personal experience with poor mental health – I struggled enormously with anxiety and depression as a child, teen, and young adult. More than a decade ago, I began learning how to transform my own life, cultivating a dual sense of purpose and contentment along the way. Having walked the walk, so to speak, I wholeheartedly attest to the transformative power of healing one’s inner wounds. A purposeful, peaceful, and joyful life is possible, and I’m extremely passionate about helping you achieve this along your personal healing journey.

I enjoy physical exercise, reading, and meditation – all of which help me to feel good whilst benefitting my career as a counsellor.
